After the birth of my daughter last year I have spent many moments dreaming of her future. In those instances I knew the kind of classroom that she deserved. A classroom that engages, challenges and supports her. One that allows her to explore and discover. This is the classroom where she will grow into the young lady she will become. And that is the classroom I wish to share with you.

Classrooms that foster student engagement, self discovery and reflection create the foundation that I teach. With a project based discipline and student lead exploration there is JOY within my class.

I received my Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and began teaching within the Elk Island Public School Board. I currently teach Drama at F.R. Haythorne Junior High in Sherwood Park.
