German geostrategic goals and methods during The Sudeten Crisis have remarkable analogues in recent illegal military interventions - Yugoslav Wars, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Iraq, Ukraine... BUT a careful examination shows we have learned and taught the wrong lesson - instead of a cautionary tale against illegal aggression the parable of "Munich 1938" has been used to promote such aggression.
