Based on learnings from a symposium in March 2016 where educators, researchers, policymakers, and community came together to discuss better meeting the needs of refugee learners, this workshop offers meaningful strategies adopted by various learning institutions as well as recommendations by researchers and practitioners to enhance the integration of newcomers in a meaningful way in Canada.
