Gliding is a total body workout engaging multiple muscles. Using Gliding DISC’s adds intensity, resistance, balance, flexibility, core strength and cardio all in one workout. Gliding DISC’s are suitable for all levels of fitness. Children also love Gliding because it’s incredibly fun! This session will teach you how to incorporate DISC's into PE classes and into your own personal workouts. Wear comfortable clothing to move in!
